Are you organised?  I am soooo not!  But I've got a list and I've found a recipe for some delicious truffles that I'm trying out on friends and neighbours. So far each batch has gone down really well... but you can never have too much testing of these things, can you!

TRUFFLE UPDATE! All the truffle trials have been completed and the finished product is ready for Christmas Day -- now all we have to do is resist conducting extra trials... just to be sure that this batch is still okay!

PS I've just got back from visiting my friend, Anna Campbell, in Queensland. Anyway the big news is that her latest fabulous book, Captive of Sin, is on the shelves.  Here are the covers - the one on the right is for the Australia/New Zealand release. I've just been out to get my copy!
